Shipment content missing or stolen
Are there items missing from your shipment? There are a couple of simple explanations:
Order consisting of multiple items
Some items may be in stock whereas others may be back-ordered, resulting in multiple shipments. In case of doubt, it is wise to check with the sender first.
International delivery
Import shipments containing prohibited goods or substances (e.g. explosives, flammables, drugs) may be seized - in whole or in part - by customs.
