File a complaint
Did something go wrong with your mail or parcel? Or are you dissatisfied with our delivery for some other reason? Then it's only logical that you're annoyed. Of course we would like to solve the problem for you as quickly as possible.
How do I submit a complaint?
Click on the 'File a complaint' button. Chatbot Daan will ask you a few questions and you can tell him what happened. He will then report it or connect you with our customer service colleagues.
