You can send your parcels as a private individual in Belgium, Europe or worldwide with the Online Shipping Flow. PostNL has an extensive network of PostNL points throughout Belgium, so there is always a parcel point near you to drop off your package for shipping.

One shipment is not like another. That is why you choose – and pay – only for the extra shipping options such as: delivered to the neighbours, extra insurance or signature for receipt.

Whichever solution you choose, one thing is certain: with PostNL you get excellent quality and optimal service.

  • Nationalwide network of PostNL points
  • Standard: usually delivered within 48 hours in the Benelx, detailed track & trace, CMR insurance, signature for receipt
  • Upon request: delivered at the neighbours and insured, as of €2.50 extra, for up to €500 within Europe and €200 outside Europe

The price depends on the destination, weight, dimensions and possible insurance.

You can send a parcel for as little as €5.60 in Belgium. We also offer competitive rates outside the country. So you can send a parcel to the Netherlands from €9.60.

Do you send more than 2,000 parcels per year? As a regular customer with a contrat, you are eligible for a discount. Ask for it.

In 4 very simple steps:

  1. Enter the destination, weight and size of hte parcels on the Shipping Flow home page. You can opt for additional insurance if you wish. You must then enter the address details of the sender and the recipient. You will automatically receive Customs forms for outisde the EU.
  2. Pay securely online with credit card or Bancontact.
  3. Print the shipping label and affix it to your parcel.
  4. Bring hte parcel to a PostNL point.
