How does the Online Shipping Flow work?

    Fill in your preferences

    Enter the destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel. The customs forms are added automatically.

    Pay securely

    You pay securely online with a credit card or Bancontact.

    Print your shipping label

    You then print your shipping label and attach it to your parcel.

    Take it to a PostNL point

    Lastly, you take your parcel to a PostNL point.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the destination, the weight (max. 23 kg per EU parcel), the dimensions (max. 100 x 50 x 50 cm per parcel) and any insurance.

You can send parcels in Belgium from €5.60. We also offer competitive rates for other destinations. You can send a parcel to the Netherlands from €9.60. These rates include home delivery.

If you send more than 500 parcels a year, then as a regular customer with a contract, you will get a discount. Contact us for more information.
