We’re ready for the rush. But if we need to deliver more than expected, some parcels might take a bit longer. Check out the PostNL app or track & trace to see if this applies to you.
Due to the rush, many PostNL points are completely packed with parcels. Have you received a message that we delivered your parcel at a PostNL point? Please pick it up as soon as possible. This helps us make room for incoming parcels.
