What is a not-at-home code?

A not-at-home code allows you, the recipient, to see at which PostNL point your parcel is delivered. You do this via the track & trace website. The code is on the message left behind by the delivery driver if you are not at home for our delivery attempt. A not-at-home code always starts with the letters KB, followed by a number of digits. For example: KB123456
