What is the difference between a barcode and a not-at-home code?
A barcode is a unique code (starting with '3S' or 'CD') that you receive as soon as the sender has sent your package. This allows both recipient and shipper to go online and monitor the status of the package, as well as to see when the package has been delivered.
The not-at-home code will be given to you by the courier if he/she is unable to deliver your package. This code can be used by you, the recipient, to see where and when your parcel is delivered. You do this on our track & trace website.
