Do I have to identify myself when I pick up a package at a PostNL location?
Yes, to receive your package, you must be able to identify yourself.
Acceptable forms of identification are:
- a passport
- a driver's license
- a European identity card
Having a package picked up by someone else
Would you like to have your package picked up by someone else? This is only possible with the card you received from the courier. The person who comes to pick up your package must also be able to identify themselves. And we shall ask him/her for your address details.
