What time will my package be delivered?

You can always find the latest information about your package on track & trace. Enter the track & trace-code (barcode or the “not-at-home code”) along with your postal code, and you will be able to see when we plan to deliver your package.

Check the latest updates on your delivery, from busy periods to potential delays.

What time will the courier come exactly?

We cannot tell you exactly what time your package will be delivered. This depends on the amount of packages, weather conditions, and road conditions. Of course, we take the recipient's requirements into account as much as possible. For example, we often deliver packages for consumers in the evening, while companies receive their packages during the day as often as possible. The delivery days and times for PostNL are Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

Package from abroad

Are you expecting a package from abroad? It is possible it has not yet arrived in Belgium, or maybe it is being held up at the Customs and Excise. In that case, try to enter the code on our International Track & Trace-website. Very often, the information you require about your package can be found here.

Was your package delivered to a PostNL point?

We will keep your package at a PostNL-point for one week. We will then return it back to the sender.
