Will my package be delivered to my home, or should I pick it up at a PostNL point?

We will always try to deliver your parcel to your home. If no one is home to receive the parcel, we will try to deliver it to a neighbour. If this does not succeed, we will take your parcel to a PostNL location nearby. The deliverer will then leave a card behind for you. This will show you where you can pick up your parcel.
