How do I find the address of my PostNL-location?

The address of the PostNL Location to where your shipment is, or where it has been delivered, can be found under the delivery address heading on the track & trace page. This address will be changed if your package is on its way to a PostNL location.

What are the opening hours of the PostNL location?

The opening hours can be found at the actual PostNL location you choose. If your shipment is delivered to a PostNL location, you can pick it up on the relevant date as soon as the PostNL location opens.
