Do I need to register to use Online Shipping Flow?
No, you don't. You can also create shipments without an account. Creating an account does offer advantages; such as being able to create an address book and not having to enter your address details. After all, we already have these via your PostNL Account.

The Online Shipment Flow works based on the general PostNL account. You will find all the information on how to create this account here.
Can I create several accounts with the same name?
You can create multiple accounts with the PostNL account. Only the e-mail address must be different.
Can I register with a foreign address?
No, you cannot create an account from abroad. When registering, your country must be Belgium.
