Can I return my old devices and packaging?

We always take back old electronic devices that are replaced by a new one (e.g. an old washing machine when a new one is delivered). The old device must be the same size as the new one. Please note: the washing machine must be disconnected for the return. You can see how you can do that here. Packaging material is taken away pursuant to agreements we have made with the web shop where you placed your order. You can read about this in the e-mail.
