Who can sign for receipt?
With this shipping option, the following persons may sign for receipt:
- the addressee
- an adult household member/roommate, with the exception of: B&B guest or hotel guest, service staff, landlady, host or hotel keeper
- a neighbour
If you choose the “home address only” shipping option, only the recipient or household member/roommate can sign for receipt.
. If no one is home to receive the shipment, we will try to deliver the shipment to a neighbour. The neighbour must then sign for receipt.
