Can I have a package delivered to a PostNL-point?
After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, your parcel will automatically be sent to a PostNL-point near you. You can pick it up the next day, in most cases. It will be held there for you for 7 days.
Is your package shipping from the Netherlands?
In some cases, you can choose to have your package delivered directly to one of the PostNL-locations. This is only possible if the webshop you order the item from offers this option.
