How does it work?

Request labels
You request return labels from PostNL.

If your customer wants to return something
they request a return label from you or use the one included in the package. It is up to you whether to enclose the return label in your package or not.

Take it to a PostNL point
Your customer prepares the package for shipment and takes it to one of the PostNL points throughout Belgium. These are easy to find in the location finder. - 4
Sent within 48 hours
The returned parcel is shipped back to you through our Belgian network within 48 hours.
Conditions
These are the conditions for the Belgian returns service
- Max. 30 kg per parcel
- Max. 175 x 58 x 78 cm per parcel
- The recipient sticks the return label on the parcel and takes it to a PostNL point.
