How does it work?
Choose the options for your customer
As the sender, you choose which options you want to offer your customers. Our delivery person stops by once as part of our standard service. If your customer is not at home, we will see if their neighbours can accept delivery of the parcel. If not, we take the parcel to the nearest PostNL location.
We will notify your customer of the location of their parcel
They have seven days to collect it.
Get extras and additional advantages as a regular customer
You can choose to have parcels delivered only to your customer and not with the neighbours. You can also opt for signature on delivery, so that someone always personally signs upon delivery.
What does it cost?
The price per parcel depends on the weight (max. 30 kg per parcel), and the size (max. 100 x 70 x 50 cm per parcel) and the number of parcels per year.
If you become a regular customer with a contract, we will look together for a customised solution for your company, and you will get a discount.
